We want you and your pet to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Refund policy guarantees safety and confidence at every step. We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Refund program to ensure complete consumer satisfaction.

1. Return Period and Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the Pawtopai ST1 system does not meet your training expectations or if you detect any manufacturing defects. To initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact us at support@pawtopai.com with your order details.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the ST1 Collar, transmitter remote, contact prongs, charging cable, and instructional manual must be placed back inside their original brand packaging. Return shipments must be registered with a trackable courier (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground) to prevent lost packages.

3. Processing and Restocking

Once our US warehouse inspects and processes your returned shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process a secure bank replacement within 3-5 business days. There are no restocking fees applied to verified defective items.

Pawtopai Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing and Dispatch Timeline

All US orders are verified and processed within 12-24 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are dispatched from our regional warehouses the same day. Tracking numbers (USPS or FedEx) are sent directly via email/SMS once the package is registered with the courier.

2. Delivery Estimates

Continental US shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Standard transit time ranges from 2 to 4 business days depending on your regional state. Shipping is completely free countrywide; we do not charge extra delivery insurance or processing fees.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if the courier tracking reports a lost shipment, contact our support team immediately at support@pawtopai.com, and we will send a replacement kit at no additional cost to you.
